SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
The Portal, operated by Black Portal Entertainment LLC, provides optional SMS messaging services for customers, event attendees, staff members, and event collaborators. Our SMS program operates through (855) 814-8354. We offer two types of communications:
Customer Event Notifications: Event announcements, ticket information, upcoming shows, event reminders, exclusive promotions, and related updates.
Staff Notifications: Production schedules, event call times, staff meetings, scheduling changes, and operational announcements.
2. Enrollment and Consent
Customers can subscribe to promotional SMS communications by texting PORTAL to (855) 814-8354 and completing the confirmation process. Staff members and event collaborators can enroll through our designated staff registration process or by providing documented verbal consent. Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing tickets, obtaining services, or participating in events. Consent to operational staff messages does not automatically authorize promotional marketing messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on upcoming events, scheduled productions, and business activities. Subscribers may receive multiple messages during periods of increased event activity.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from The Portal, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to (855) 814-8354. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from the applicable program unless you subscribe again. To re-enable SMS communications, reply START and follow any applicable confirmation instructions.

7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and maintain records of SMS consent and subscription preferences.
